Childhood collage

I very much enjoy looking at collage, so I’ve attempted one in my large sketchbook (A3 size).  I’ve got no idea what I’m doing, but it’s fun to play!

(P.S. If you haven’t already found it, this might be a good opportunity to play with the colour changer on this blog.  See those tiny coloured squares on the top right corner?  Try clicking on one.)

  1. Carole,
This is adorable. Those tiny faces peeking through are unique. The one I like best is the tiny one in the lower right with the Shirley Temple arms. You’ve created a true assortment of expressions, Carole. I wish I could tell you how very much I enjoy this. The little one in the blue shirt steals my heart, too.

  2. I love this Carole…it is gorgeous!! I love the colors, the way you’ve put it together, the suggestion of childhood creeping through..Really wonderful, creative work you did here!
